As most may already know, Total Titanium, Inc. was established in 1983, as a manufacturer of Precision Instruments. Our mission has always been the same, quality in a timely manner but as we all know the industry has made many changes over the past several years. We have worked very hard to keep up with the times but once again we have chosen to make that next big step in continuing to support our customer’s demands.

            One of our main goals at Total Titanium, Inc. over the past 10 years was to be the ONE STOP SHOP. We have purchased over Two Million Dollars worth of state of the art equipment to help assist us in this continued commitment to our customer’s. Our staff has increased from 5 to 15 Employees and continues to grow every year.

            In the past five years we have been under a lot of pressure from our customer’s to come up with a Forceps line. We have been doing a lot of research over the past two years and finally we are proud to say we can help. This endeavor has cost Total Titanium a substantial amount of money but we feel this is what our customer’s need most from us. There are several things that are making all of this possible.

• One of the most important parts of this project is our experienced Finishing Department; we have over 100 Years of combined expertise in the fine art of Finishing Instruments. Within this team of experts we hired two Instrument Makers that have over 70 Years of combined expertise in the manufacturing and finishing of Forceps.

• Secondly, we have purchased both a Haas Mini Mill and a Tsugami CNC Swiss Lathe and several other little machines to make sure that our customer’s will receive the Best in Quality “HANDS DOWN”.

• Thirdly was to find a solid company to make the blanks for us because it is not cost efficient to make forceps from flat stock material it is best to have your blanks forged. We searched all over the World to try to find the perfect fit. After our research we realized that a lot of the materials that we purchase for our current instruments were being manufactured in China even thou we are buying it from the states. The Leading Material Manufactures have there plants in China which narrowed our focus to there. It took us almost one year to the day to find that perfect match but we are very happy with the company we have chosen to do our blanks. This company is ISO9000 and they were the only company that would follow our strict demands.
