unconditionally guaranteed against defects in material and/or workmanship. An instrument, used as intended, that proves to be defective will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

Terms and Conditions
- Payment terms are net 30 days. A finance charge of 1-3/4% per month will be assessed on past due invoices. Once an invoice has exceeded 35 days without payment, all shipments will be C.O.D. until account balance is paid. Return shipments must be authorized by Total Titanium, Inc., and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
