Credit Application

Payment terms for new accounts are prepay, either by check or credit card. Once credit has been established payment terms are generally net 30, all other arrangements must be agreed upon by the accounting department. You may review our payment terms by visiting the terms and conditions page. Use the credit application to request open credit from Total Titanium. You may fax the completed form to 866-207-2595 or e-mail the completed form to gdoerr@totaltitanium.com.

Request for Return

All returns must be authorized by Total Titanium and the authorization number must be present when the item is received by Total Titanium. If the return has not been previously authorized or it not clearly identified, the item may be returned at your expense. For more information on our return policy please visit the Orders and Delivery web page. Please use the Request for Return form when returning any item to Total Titanium.
