Product Guarantee

        All Total Titanium instruments are unconditionally guaranteed for life against defects in material and workmanship. Any instrument which proves to be defective due to what was stated above when used for its intended purpose will be replaced or repaired at no cost to your company.

General Information and Policy

        Total Titanium is a private label contract manufacturer of surgical instruments. Our experienced craftsmen, using the latest state of the art equipment, produce the highest quality instruments in the industry, at a very competitive price and timely manner. Any product names, brands, part numbers, and all other trademarks used to reference or identify instruments are the property of their respective trademark holders. These trademark holders have no affiliation with and do not endorse Total Titanium instruments. Therefore, Total Titanium can only attempt to match referenced instruments and cannot guarantee exact duplication.

Terms and Payment Policy

        Payment terms for new accounts are prepay, either by check or credit card. Once credit has been established payment terms are generally net 30, all other arrangements must be agreed upon by the accounting department. (downloadable new customer form/credit application) Invoices are due 30 after processing and Total Titanium reserves the right to charge a 1.75% monthly finance charge on all past due invoices. Payments can be made by check, visa, or master card. Once an invoice has exceeds 35 days without payment Total Titanium reserves the right to hold all future shipments or change payment terms to COD or prepaid by credit card until the account returns to a current status.
